In a latest move to help combat prevailing droughts in some parts of the country, the Kenyan government has received delivery of a donation of some 30,000 bags of rice from China, but citizens are not been pleased with the decision. Another Ebola case was reported in Uganda on Thursday as the ongoing outbreak in Democratic Republic of Congo reached the new milestone of more than 2,000 fatalities.
